Yay! I made a new wallpaper (about time, eh?) Decided to go and try for some Fallout Equestria fan art.

Depending on how many people like this, I'll probably do roughly the same for the rest of the ministries. Starting with Awesome. :3

This wallpaper really stood out far from the crowd to me in the EqD wallpaper roundup, and for good reason.

I think the overall visceral feel of this is what draws me in so much, and having read Fallout: Equestria this makes me shiver (totally not just copying Neowolfsp's critique) to think of all the events that had transpired. The singed document implies (or at least I infer) that this is long after the war, and that this was found among many other things belonging to the Mare of the Ministry of Arcane Sciences. Amazingly powerful, while being completely original in concept (at least for FoE art, as far as I know) and executed well.

The over all feel of this piece is powerful, especially for those that have read FoE. The title itself speaks for this piece as you look at it and think, "Wow, something bad must have happened." That image alone send chills down my spine for that same reason. I would like to think that even though this might not be the most complex of pieces of FoE art out there it does deliver a great impact.

The vision is clear, and without really needing to go into detail you can tell something powerful has happened here whether it be good or bad. The technique is realistic and dark which is what the Fallout Equestria universe is like. And might I say you did capture it well, especially with the attention to detail.

It is original in the sense that there is never enough document moments. (I personally like pictures with stamps and documents, they're always nice to look at.)

Over all the piece is fine with its attention to detail and vision the artist created, I feel that the impact on the viewer is clear and that the over all style is appropriate. Very good job.
